Terms of Service

Effective: May 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SeoHive platform operated by Rami Mamar ("SeoHive", "we", "us"). By creating an account or signing up for a trial you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SeoHive provides automated SEO and Generative Engine Optimization software that drafts, optimizes, and publishes articles to your website on a recurring schedule, and that tracks brand citations across major AI search engines.

2. Subscription, trial, billing

$1 trial: $1.00 USD charged at signup. 4 days of full access. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription auto-converts to the recurring price you selected ($99/mo or $990/yr).
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation during the trial keeps you on the service for the remaining days you paid for; you are not charged the recurring price on day 5.
Refunds: The $1 trial fee is non-refundable. Subscription charges already incurred are non-refundable. To stop charges, cancel before the next renewal date.
Price changes: We may change prices with at least 30 days notice via email. Your current billing period is unaffected.
Annual plans: Annual subscribers may cancel; access continues until the end of the paid year. No prorated refunds.

3. Hive Sprint (one-time service)

The Hive Sprint is a one-time paid engagement ($1,499 standalone, $999 for active monthly subscribers, $1,999 combo with annual subscription). Sprint deliverables ship within 5 business days of purchase. The Sprint includes a 30-day re-audit. Sprint fees are non-refundable once delivery begins.

4. Your responsibilities

You must:

Own or have the right to publish content to the website you connect.
Provide valid CMS credentials (e.g., WordPress application password) and keep them current.
Review articles before publication if you have auto-publish disabled. SeoHive provides editorial controls but final responsibility for published content is yours.
Not use SeoHive to publish unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or hateful content.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.

5. Generated content

Articles drafted by SeoHive are based on AI models (currently Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6). You own the articles you publish. We do not claim copyright over the output.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain factual errors. SeoHive includes two quality passes (Worker QA + Queen Review) to reduce errors but does not guarantee accuracy. Review before publishing if accuracy is critical.

6. SEO + ranking results

SeoHive does not guarantee specific keyword rankings, traffic, or AI citation outcomes. SEO depends on factors outside our control including Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, and your site's existing authority. Past results from our case-study sites do not predict future performance for your site.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use SeoHive to:

Publish content that violates intellectual property, defamation, privacy, or other laws.
Build spam, doorway, or thin-affiliate sites designed to manipulate search rankings.
Scrape, mirror, or republish other sites' content without permission.
Resell the service without a written reseller agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with refund of any unused prepaid period at our discretion.

8. Availability

SeoHive is provided on a best-effort basis. We target 99% monthly uptime but do not offer a contractual SLA at current price points. Planned maintenance windows are announced 24 hours in advance via email when possible.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you have paid SeoHive in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to active customers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
